Refund Policy

InnoSolve Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy governs payments made for consultancy, AI-integration, and software-development services (“Services”) provided by InnoSolve Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“InnoSolve,” “we”).

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

Project deposits or advance payments become non-refundable once work has commenced (i.e., after kickoff or the first billable hour, whichever occurs first).

3. Pre-Kickoff Cancellations

If a project is cancelled before kickoff, 100 % of any deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within five (5) business days.

4. Special-Case Refunds

If a deliverable is demonstrably unusable due to our sole fault—and cannot be remedied through the re-work process—you may submit a refund request within three (3) calendar days of receiving the deliverable.
Approval is at InnoSolve’s discretion.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within five (5) business days of approval. Bank or card-issuer processing delays are outside our control.
