This Refund Policy governs payments made for consultancy, AI-integration, and software-development services ("Services") provided by InnoSolve Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("InnoSolve," "we").
Project deposits or advance payments become non-refundable once work has commenced.
Work commencement is defined as after project kickoff or the first billable hour, whichever occurs first.
If a project is cancelled before kickoff, 100% of any deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
If a deliverable is demonstrably unusable due to our sole fault—and cannot be remedied through the re-work process—you may submit a refund request.
Within 3 calendar days of receiving the deliverable
Subject to InnoSolve's discretion
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
Note: Bank or card-issuer processing delays are outside our control and may extend the actual receipt time.
