Re-work Policy

InnoSolve Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Purpose

This policy describes how we address defects or deficiencies in deliverables produced under any Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Project Issue Reporting Window

Clients must report project issues within three (3) business days of milestone delivery.

3. No-Cost Re-work

Verified defects that cause the deliverable to deviate from the SOW will be corrected and redelivered within three (3) business days at no additional charge.

4. Out-of-Scope Changes

Enhancements, new features, or scope changes requested by the client are not covered by this policy and will be quoted separately.

5. Extended Warranty Option

Post-delivery maintenance or retainer agreements can be added for ongoing support—contact us for pricing.
