2. Project Issue Reporting Window
Clients must report project issues within three (3) business days of milestone delivery.
This timeframe ensures prompt identification and resolution of any issues while maintaining project momentum.
3. No-Cost Re-work
Verified defects that cause the deliverable to deviate from the SOW will be corrected and redelivered within three (3) business days at no additional charge.
